Offensive data strategies in the higher educator sector

The higher education sector has traditionally held a defensive approach to data strategy, focusing most of its efforts on regulatory compliance and data-risk management. Like other heavily regulated sectors, higher education has prioritised data privacy, risk mitigation and data quality over profitability and innovation.
