What has been your path to power?
Garikapati is a seasoned technology leader and accomplished data and analytics executive with over 20 years of experience implementing high-impact global data analytics solutions, driving radical business development through data management, data-driven strategy, and accelerating information architecture. He joined MARS Petcare in 2021 to help it execute its data strategy.
Previously, he worked as global head of commercial data and analytics at GSK. There, he was
responsible for creating and implementing data analytic solutions in order to advance GSK’s commercial business across 40 countries. Garikapati was accountable for ensuring that all data analytic programs ere set up for success and managed through efficient delivery cycles. Typically, these were multi-market, regional, and global scope, running concurrently and drawing on multiple partners.
