He spent nearly eight years at Royal Caribbean Cruises where he worked as director of customer data, having previously architected its Siebel CRM system. This followed six years as a senior manager and Siebel specialist working for Capgemini. These roles have given him experience of 

digital transformation programs end-to-end, including defining the vision, scope, strategy and roadmaps, along with definition, architecture, execution and delivery of technical solutions.
