Jodie Heflin, senior director - global data and analytics, Archer Daniels Midland Company

What has been your path to power? 

Heflin joined food and beverage manufacturer ADM as director, global data and analytics back in 2016 before becoming senior director, global data and analytics and finally senior director, colleague experience, a position she has held since the start of 2022. Her corporate experience has been heavily influenced by data with previous positions such as vice president, business intelligence and global data warehouse at financial services provider Vantiv (now Worldpay); senior manager, business information management at IT consultant Sogeti; and vice president business intelligence solutions at Lucrum, a financial services provider.
