John Spens, VP of data and AI North America, Thoughtworks
What has been your path to power?
Spens has been working in analytics and data at Thoughtworks for a total of 18 years in a variety of roles, currently as vice president of data and AI North America. Spens has introduced agile work practices quantitative methods and data visualisation to Thoughtworks so clients receive inhanced insights.
During his time at Thoughtworks, Spens has been responsible for strategic planning, business development, account oversight and people development for the business unit where he also oversaw a 300% increase in market revenue by 300% over a two-year period. He has also worked as director of consulting at Claritas and senior project manager at Hyperion Software.
