What has been your path to power? 

I graduated in 2009 with a Finance degree, during the financial crisis and faced major hiring freezes across the financial services industry. Through networking and persistence, I was hired as a business development associate, tasked with selling risk management training to banks. 

This led to a role as a risk analyst, reporting to the chief risk officer of a bank. About a year later, I was recruited into a Big Four consulting firm in an advisory role that focused on regulatory compliance and risk management for financial services institutions. Fast forward and in 2014, as I was expecting my first child and looking for a “work from home” gig, I was introduced to the exciting world of data!
