Satyen Sangani, CEO, Alation
What has been your path to power?
As chief executive officer and co-founder of Alation, Sangani is responsible for data intelligence solutions including data discovery, data governance, data stewardship, analytics and digital transformation across the business. His focus in recent projects has been on data insight and developing strategies with data-led decision making.
Before founding Alation in 2012, Sangani was vice president, FS analytical operations at cloud tech developer Oracle where he managed product development and the go-to-market strategy. He has also been ana analyst for Morgan Stanley and was a senior director at Andale.
