Describe your career to date
I am the Chief Data Officer for BAE Systems. I have been voted as one of the top 100 most influential data and AI innovators in 2024, 2023, and 2019. I pride myself on an impeccable reputation as a technology thought leader and seasoned expert.
In my role, I lead the data analytics and artificial intelligence (AI) strategy at BAE Systems to unlock strategic and tactical business opportunities across the $12 billion-worth of portfolios. I have demonstrated commendable expertise in the utilization of data and analytics to transform financial performance, customer experience, operational efficiency, and products and services.
My prior roles include being the CEO and Chief Data and Analytics Officer at The Incredible Minds. I have also led data transformations across the retail, media, and entertainment industries.
I am an advisory board member for Rutgers University, I sit on the Editorial Board of CDO Magazine, and I am the author of AI book, Deep Profits: Driving Business Growth with AI-driven Organizations.

I am actively deploying generative AI solutions.

I have implemented an extensive training program to prepare the organization for AI adoption.
