Describe your career to date
As the Chief Data Officer, I’ve globally expanded teams, implemented enterprise-level Data Governance, collaborated on scalable business technology solutions, and improved efficiency as a board member.
How are you developing the data literacy of your organization, including the skills of your data teams and of your business stakeholders?
I’ve established Data Governance as a key driver for enterprise-wide data literacy and quality. This involves securing executive backing, forming a Champions Council for prioritization, setting standards and policies, and managing metadata.
What role do you play in building and delivering conventional artificial intelligence solutions, including machine learning models? Are you also involved in your organization’s adoption of generative AI?
As a Data Leader, I work closely with my peer to deliver AI solutions. I’m responsible for implementation and adoption of GenAI up the cross-functional teams that manage responses to data issues and develop new data capabilities.
Have you been able to fix the data foundations of your organization, particularly with regard to data quality?
Data Quality is and remains a major priority for us. We have established a framework and scalable process with senior leadership support and Enterprise-wide visibility. We believe Data Quality is the responsibility of everyone in the Enterprise
