I started in BT Global and then took the wider role when Global and Enterprise merged in one business unit. I defined and executed the data and AI strategy for BT Business. <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:240}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Before BT, I led the Data and AI team at Three UK, where I used data and AI to build a relevant digital experience for consumer customers, and built data and AI products to help enterprise customers in their business.
