We are halfway through our transformation and have built out our data and AI cloud infrastructure, successfully completed our large-scale Hadoop to Cloud Data migrations, implemented a producer consumer data ownership model, replatformed our data science stack, and established our gen AI workbench and delivered our foundational gen AI products. I am<\/span> responsible for driving the bank\u2019s Data and AI Strategy to support the \u201cHelping Britain Prosper\u201d mission.\u00a0Additionally, I hold a Non-Executive Director role at the UK\u2019s Information Commissioner\u2019s Office, focusing on data privacy and transparency.<\/p>\n<p>My expertise lies in scaling machine learning and data services to enhance customer experience and business value.
