I am skilled in IT, data, and organisational change, with a strong track record in leading large-scale business transformations and managing high-value programmes and IT functions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>During my tenure at the Financial Conduct Authority, I spearheaded a \u00a3100 million data-led transformation programme and establishing a new Data Office. In my prior senior IT and data leadership positions, my wins included the evolution of strategy, governance, and operational delivery.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Over the last ten years my career has morphed into driving data-led transformations by creating innovative data teams that support business strategy through the delivery of innovative and efficient services.
