I had several commercial roles that required analytical and hands-on capabilities to ensure delivery was successful. From there, I have had a variety of management consultancy and operational roles across the Middle East, US and Europe.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:240}\"> I am an experienced FTSE 100 executive and management consultant with a proven track record of leading complex, high-budget (more than $4 billion) organisations across technology, biotech, pharma, finance, and real estate.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">I have led several venture-backed start-ups across different industries where I held COO roles. My experience includes leading turnaround and restructuring efforts for multi-billion-dollar businesses. This has culminated in my role as the CDO of a FTSE 100 entertainment business. I truly believe my role is a people role, and technology is an enabler, so I focused where I can on mentoring, upskilling teams, and building academies and communities.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:240}\"> I consider myself a <\/span>strategic leader with a focus on delivering results in high-stakes environments.<\/p>\n<p>Currently, I am driving the group\u2019s data strategy and transformation, including AI, analytics, and governance across 30,000 staff and multiple markets. Some of my career highlights include a large-scale cloud data migration, launching the Entain Data Academy, and founding the EDM Council\u2019s Data Excellence standard.
