My career has been dedicated to serving the social impact sector using AI, understanding that the social impact sector can go further, faster, as we harness the rapidly-expanding potential of AI \u2013 together, responsibly. With experience across business and technology roles and\u00a0being the first Chief Data and\u00a0AI Officer appointed at the company, I seek to blend technology and purpose to ultimately achieve UN Sustainable Development Goals.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

I am an accomplished innovator and change-agent capable of translating multifaceted data and analytics products into successful business initiatives and consumer experiences. I have\u00a0over 20 years of experience in developing data-driven analytic solutions, with the goal of leveraging advanced analytic methodologies and artificial intelligence to create easy to execute strategies for the social impact community. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

As the Chief Data and AI Officer, I lead the Blackbaud Institute and the Data Intelligence Center of Excellence, and am responsible for Blackbaud\u2019s AI and data strategy, vertical-focused product innovation, data science and informatics disciplines, and data governance and ethics.\u00a0\u00a0 I am a part of a number of Boards and Committees and regularly take part in community related work. This includes being Advisory Chair of Methodology for the Giving Institute, working on The Nonprofit Alliance Governmental Affairs Committee, and giving time and expertise to Fundraising.ai.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
