Our mission to treat clients fairly and give them the best chance for investment success permeates my world every day as we drive data-driven decisions in support of that goal.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:240}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Prior to joining Vanguard in 2021, I spent time at Collibra and E*Trade Financial, where I developed and implemented enterprise data strategies as Chief Data Officer. In the public sector, I served as CDO and Director of Data Analytics at the Office of Government-wide Policy during the Obama Administration, co-founding the White House Data Cabinet and co-authoring the first Federal Data Maturity Model.
