I wanted to be the trigger that could elevate the tech organization into a strategic partner for the enterprise. My Ally role is deep and broad \u2013 data, digital, product, user experience, tech delivery, security, network and operations \u2013 an end-to-end role in a digital native organization. <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:240}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">My professional journey has instilled the importance of driving value for the business. It is not merely about adopting technology for its own sake but making a meaningful difference for your organization. Before Ally, I was Honeywell Aerospace\u2019s first CDIO with a charter to digitize the aerospace businesses. I was also one of the pioneers of American Express\u2019 digital transformation, launching several industry-first digital products. While the brands and projects you lead are great, it is the people you work with that define a career.
