My focus spans digitalization, Industry 4.0, factory automation, and advanced technologies including AI, cloud computing, and data analytics. I oversee enterprise applications such as SAP S4, MES, MRP, PLM, IT infrastructure stability, and cybersecurity risk management, ensuring operations run securely and seamlessly worldwide.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

With a foundation in management consulting and deep expertise in process transformation, I bring both strategic vision and operational rigor to every initiative. I am trained in financial and P&L management, supporting holistic, value-driven decision-making at the executive level.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Over the years, I have lived and worked in the USA, Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Japan, and London, which has shaped my approach to leading and empowering diverse, global teams. I regularly speak at international conferences on AI and digital transformation, sharing insights with the broader technology and manufacturing community.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
