Mandla has built a career spanning enterprise resource planning, business analysis, programme management, and IT strategy. Before joining the Department of Defence, he served as Chief Director of Information Technology Applications Management at the Department of Correctional Services (DCS), where he oversaw the design and implementation of enterprise-wide technology systems that improved service delivery and operational effectiveness.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
