Many companies are investing in GenAI to help transform high-volume processes and those that aren\u2019t already implementing an AI strategy feel like they\u2019re falling behind. However, it isn\u2019t all plain sailing.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Poppins; font-size: 17px;\">For those already on board with GenAI, getting use cases and proofs of concept seem to be achievable but scaling these within the business seems to be more difficult as organisations struggle to ensure the right governance and security is in place to ensure safe deployment.
