But most still face substantial barriers to success, with CEOs and CFOs asking for measures that prove the function is adding value, leaving CDOs asking themselves: is there a formula for success \u2014 or am I in this alone?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Poppins; font-size: 17px;\">CDOs must address a range of issues, including a lack of data trust across many organisations. They need to employ their skills to help improve the organisations data literacy and make management initiatives a success whilst working with colleagues in technology to ensure data platforms and analytical capabilities are in place.
