Data Visualisation

Delivered in person this private workshop will show you how to create powerful, clear and engaging visualisations from complex data, giving you the confidence to be more creative with styles as well as self-edit. It will provide you with the tools and techniques to efficiently design effective visualisations that cut through and help the audience understand the data.

Typical challenges this course will help you address include:

  • Where do I start when building visual outputs from scratch, rather than defaulting to existing templates?
  • How can I ensure that my visualisations aren’t too complex so the audience can understand the data at a glance?
  • How do I avoid using too many boring bar charts that all look the same?
  • What tools can I use that would short cut the hard work of creating visually compelling outputs?
