Vacancy - Senior Conference Producer

This is an exciting opportunity to join DataIQ’s Customer Success team to lead the planning, curation and delivery of a vibrant programme of executive meetings and events.

This is not a traditional conference production role. Many of our events are targeting very small groups of attendees and are focusing on a very high-quality conversations and take-aways useful for each participant.

To be successful in this role you will build strong relationships across the industry and become a true subject matter expert in data and AI. You will be able to develop targeted content helping our customers resolve real challenges in their organisations.

Your Responsibilities

  • Create a compelling portfolio of small roundtable events tailored to the needs of our customers – data and AI executives
  • Lead the research, development and execution of DataIQ Customer events and meetings both online and in person
  • Recruit C-level participants, speakers and advisors across customer events in the portfolio
  • Partner closely with Customer Success Managers to ensure the event portfolio is aligned with the goals of each of these teams
  • Conduct phone and desk-based research, as well as utilise the data available within the business, to inform the content created for the target audience
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to provide timely content in order to promote the upcoming events

Your Skillset

  • Have some experience in conference production (2-5 years as a guideline)
  • Data and tech event/content creation experience is a strong advantage
  • Able to hold a conversation with and build relationships with C-level executives
  • Care deeply about the quality of the work you produce, and seek to constantly improve
  • Have strong project management skills, including stakeholder management, time management, and delivering to deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with industry trends, capable of creating relevant and engaging content for various event formats.
  • A collaborative spirit with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless and impactful events.
