I have been blessed with multiple opportunities to leverage data and analytics across various industries that deliver consumer products and services I am passionate about, including media technology and entertainment and automotive.
I have successfully led three major data-driven turnarounds in my career, generating millions in revenue and profit growth. My expertise in machine learning and testing has resulted in exceptional outcomes in predictive models, content recommendation engines, and forecasts, surpassing top firms. Examples of my team’s different works have contributed over $120 million in net profit and even transformed car design, boosting sales.
As the former SVP of Data Science, Analytics, and Research at SiriusXM (including Pandora), I completed my third transformational analytics roadmap, achieving significant cost savings, automation, personalized marketing, and data democratization. Currently, as the SVP of Data and Analytics for Disney Direct to Consumer (DTC) Streaming services, I focus on the consumer subscription space, providing novel insights into product, content, brand, and marketing actions crucial for business success.
I have been recognized as a leading influencer and serve as an adjunct instructor at Carnegie Mellon University, specializing in applied data science and machine learning. Additionally, I am a Member of the Board of Advisors for Northwestern University’s MSIS Digital Transformation program and for Modal. I hold an MS in Predictive Analytics from Northwestern University, an MBA from UC Berkeley, and have completed graduate programs at Stanford University and Carnegie Mellon University.
