I am a data leader whose motto is to enable organizations to be data driven. Speed to insight and speed to action/impact are the key metrics that I measure the efficiency of my data on. I use the ATV (adoption, trust, value) principles as I build data platforms and teams within organizations. I have worked across multiple industries intentionally as it has given me the ability to solve data problems across domains. I enjoy challenging myself and pride myself on having a playbook to get organizations started.
I mentor data leaders (Orbition Group) as well as girls and women in STEM+ (Gotara). I am an advisor for companies like Modal, Luminik, Solid and also an advisor for VCs who invest in data and analytics companies. I speak extensively at conferences, sharing my experiences either on panels or as a speaker. Data excites me and the possibilities with data excite me even more.
