In 2021, Orlando joined the LEGO Group to launch and lead the organisation’s first data office. In 2022 he built upon a number of foundational areas such as consistent data quality, discoverability, and easy technology to enable access management. Before this, Orlando worked in academia, building statistical models for a university epidemiology department. Orlando has previously been named the Most Influential Person in Data and has worked cross-industry, from automotive marketing to financial services. His aim is to turn data – big and small – into value.

His focus areas include strategic revenue management, route to market, portfolio management, innovation and R&D, marketing transformation, omnichannel and ecommerce, perfect store/category, and enterprise connected insights to drive profitable growth for Mars and its customers.

Over a five years period, data made a significant impact; underpinning several large-scale programmes delivering millions of pounds to the bottom line and driving right to the heart of the company’s strategy and purpose. Helen also advises on executive boards and is a thought leader, as demonstrated through her articles, podcasts, event speeches and role as a coach.

Niresh is an executive leader in Financial Services and Professional services with 20 years of experience focused on Data & Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Regulation, Automation, Innovation and Transformation. He has held senior positions at Danske Bank, Grant Thornton, Barclays Bank and Lloyds Banking Group.
