I have spent over 20 years driving transformation through improved use of data and IT. This has been across multiple sectors (NHS, Government, Banking, and others) and includes re-design of divisions, completely new business services, and large-scale technical platform changes. My career has included driving operations, delivery, and transformation across finance, healthcare, FMCG, and regulation. I am skilled in IT, data, and organisational change, with a strong track record in leading large-scale business transformations and managing high-value programmes and IT functions.
During my tenure at the Financial Conduct Authority, I spearheaded a £100 million data-led transformation programme and establishing a new Data Office. In my prior senior IT and data leadership positions, my wins included the evolution of strategy, governance, and operational delivery.
Over the last ten years my career has morphed into driving data-led transformations by creating innovative data teams that support business strategy through the delivery of innovative and efficient services. My teams do not just focus on data governance, even if it is a key foundation for effective decision making, but by using data to drive transformation across all areas of the business.
