I am the Managing Director and Chief Analytics Officer at Barclays UK, where I lead the analytics strategy and transformation across retail and business banking segments. I have been with Barclays UK since 2012 and have held various roles in business banking and advanced analytics, as well as unsecured business analytics.
I have driven the growth and innovation of the SME and corporate banking products and services, and overseen credit risk, marketing, and customer analytics for the personal loans, overdrafts, and credit cards portfolios.
Before joining Barclays UK, I was at Lloyds Banking Group and Barclaycard, where I developed and implemented analytical solutions for customer acquisition, retention, and profitability in the credit card industry.
I hold a Bachelor of Technology degree in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and my career began at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance managing the business intelligence and reporting functions for sales and distribution.
