Adam Cresser, Director Data and Analytics, Notting Hill Genesis

Adam’s transformative leadership and visionary approach, which has been instrumental in driving organisational long-term success and data maturity. His actions have seen Power BI use increase to 191,000 in just 12 months, with 759 monthly users and data refreshed every couple of hours. Adam is also responsible for the development of a robust data framework, with over 400 data quality rules and 24 dedicated data roles.

Under Adam’s leadership, the analytics community has now reached 69 members, with 220 staff being trained in Power BI, and another eight undertaking data apprenticeships. His contributions have been essential to establishing a data-driven culture, optimising efficiencies, and building sustainable data governance. Additionally, Adam’s work has been recognised with the Housing Tech Award for Data Management Innovation.
