I am a global technology executive with over 25 years of experience leading enterprise-wide transformation across AI, data, and cloud. As Chief Data and AI Officer at Nike, I am responsible for the strategy behind our AI innovation, data platform modernization, and scalable cloud infrastructure, enabling hyper-personalized consumer experiences, operational intelligence, and digital growth at scale. 

My career has spanned leadership roles at Oracle, Microsoft, Amazon, Nordstrom, and StockX. Each chapter of my journey has been marked by building transformative platforms and delivering measurable impact. For example, at Oracle, I pioneered the first serverless big data platforms; at Nordstrom and StockX, I scaled AI-powered personalization and redefined retail analytics and supply chain intelligence. 

I also founded Discoverist AI, a genAI-native personalization platform that achieved 20–50% uplift in conversions using conversational AI and dynamic content without relying on first-party data. That entrepreneurial lens sharpens how I drive innovation within large enterprises. 

My work has delivered over $1 billion in revenue through genAI-led product strategies, and over $750 million in cost savings via AI-driven automation. I have led global teams of 50 to more than 2,000 across five continents, scaling platforms 75-times over through serverless, cloud-native design. 

My core expertise spans genAI, AI and ML, enterprise data platforms: distributed systems, data governance, and executive alignment. At every step, I focus on connecting cutting-edge technology with real business impact, aligning AI transformation with the needs of customers, teams, and the boardroom.
