I believe in the capability of technology to transform lives for the better. The purpose of my work has been to successfully develop companies’ trust in digital technologies, data and AI. I have led AI projects in businesses regarding manufacturing, customer centricity, quality, human resources, and supply chain with a cumulative impact of over $200 million.  

I have established strong communities around technologies, which enable business and technology teams to understand each other better, deepen their mutual understanding of the technology and ultimately co-lead technology innovation. Under my leadership, machine learning and AI technologies have been widely applied in manufacturing excellence, R&D, and sales and marketing, with several AI systems in production. 

Business impact is always my aim and guiding companies through mindset change, probabilistic understanding of risk, trust deficit in new technologies are my passions and skills. I build high performance teams by putting technical depth, trust and customer empathy at the core of the team. 

I am active in global AI networks and industry forums guiding the development of AI as a technology, with a specific focus on manufacturing and industrial use cases.
