I am a systems engineer at heart, propelled by my love of aerospace that blossomed in the 80s when astronauts and fighter pilots were our heroes. Early in my 37-year career, I developed a passion for using data to drive insights and achieve extraordinary outcomes. From enabling game-changing fighter jet maneuverability to extending time on wing and achieving best-in-class asset availability, my journey has been fueled by curiosity and innovation.
At Pratt & Whitney, I spent 15 years developing and certifying jet engines, then transitioned to support our fielded product, which enabled me to work directly with customers. I led efforts to develop predictive maintenance algorithms at Pratt & Whitney and Collins Aerospace, where I was inducted into the technical fellow’s program as Fellow, Applied Data Science.
Today, I feel incredibly fortunate to lead a team of talented data professionals at Otis Elevator, where data and AI are transforming our business and the way we interact with buildings in our everyday lives.
