In her current role, she is responsible for guiding data science strategy, overseeing high-performing teams, and ensuring that AI-driven capabilities align closely with client business objectives. Her work focuses on embedding intelligence into prospecting and underwriting processes, helping organizations make more informed, profitable decisions.
Earlier in her career, Amy built a strong foundation in statistical analysis and actuarial practice at Assurant Health, where she led initiatives to improve product performance and pricing strategy. She also held roles at Allstate and Marshall & Swift/Boeckh, broadening her experience in marketing and client delivery.
