Andrew Reiskind, Chief Data Officer, Mastercard

Andrew Reiskind is Chief Data Officer at Mastercard, where he leads enterprise data strategy and governance to ensure responsible data innovation across the organization. In his role, Andrew oversees data policy, data quality, AI governance, privacy, and ethical data use, enabling Mastercard to deliver data-driven insights and products with trust at the core. 

Andrew joined Mastercard in 2017 and has held several senior leadership roles across data strategy and data management. Prior to becoming Chief Data Officer in 2023, Andrew served as Senior Vice President of Data Strategy, where he was responsible for maximizing the value of data across the enterprise, including data acquisition, usage, and ethical oversight. Earlier, he led data management for Mastercard Advisors, building capabilities to support data-driven products and improving data quality and infrastructure. 

Andrew’s career foundation is rooted in privacy and data protection. Before transitioning into data leadership, he spent nearly a decade at Mastercard as Global Privacy and Data Protection Counsel, where he helped build the company’s global privacy program and advised on regulatory compliance, product development, and data governance. He also served as Chief Privacy Officer at Harte-Hanks. 

Andrew’s unique combination of legal, privacy, and data expertise shapes his approach to leadership. He focuses on ensuring that innovation in AI and data is grounded in strong governance, transparency, and trust, enabling sustainable and responsible growth.
