With over 20 years of experience in analytics, my journey has been defined by a passion for turning ideas into transformative outcomes. Starting at WPP, I witnessed the rise of data and analytics from behind-the-scenes support to a driving force in strategic decision-making. At WPP, I developed solutions that optimized advertising ROI, igniting my career-long commitment to innovation in analytics. 

I blend technical expertise with strategic vision, crafting impactful solutions that inspire innovation and drive lasting change. 

In leadership roles at leading global higher education institutions, I built and led teams of data scientists, engineers, and analysts to craft solutions that streamlined operations and achieved significant growth. Most recently, I have focused on shaping robust data strategies and embedding a culture of data-driven decision-making at two of the world’s largest online universities, unlocking insights that deliver measurable results. 

Beyond my core responsibilities, I actively contribute to the field as a keynote speaker, I am a published author in leading outlets, and an advisory board member. These roles allow me to benchmark industry best practices, drive technological innovation, and mentor aspiring professionals. I am also the recipient of multiple award nominations which further underscores my dedication to redefining analytics from a cost center to a value generator.
