My career has been given to data in its many guises. From the new frontiers of search and programmatic advertising to classic database marketing and the wave of the AI revolution. Finding the signal in the noise and proving value over the cost has been my focus.
I lead teams that are excited and passionate about the future of data-driven marketing and customer experience in the belief that is the quickest path to great work. I have been leading a team of around 500 analysts, engineers, and technologist tasked with supporting our media, CXM, and creative businesses through access to actionable data, insights, and analytics.
I tend to sit in the middle of conversation. My role is translator, whether that be between technical and non-technical colleagues or between agency and client. My job is to simplify, skew towards action, and keep value front and centre.
