He moved into his current role as senior director, data science and analytics in July 2020 where he leads the overall data strategy, data science and analytics initiatives. McMasters’ career with the company started as a technician and programmer, before moving into the management of application development. As director of application development, he spent six years overseeing all custom application development, systems integrations, business intelligence and data analytics across the organization.
