My career has been driven by a passion for leveraging data and artificial intelligence to tackle complex challenges and spark transformative change. I began as a software engineer in aerospace and defence where I developed a foundation in building mission-critical systems. I then transitioned to McKinsey and QuantumBlack, AI by McKinsey.
As a partner, I lead diverse teams of data scientists, engineers, designers, and management consultants to develop AI solutions that fuel growth, boost operational efficiency, and improve risk management, particularly for leading financial services firms.
I co-lead QuantumBlack Labs, overseeing a global team of over 200 product managers, scientists, and engineers. We develop innovative machine learning, generative AI, and agentic products across sectors. Our portfolio includes industry-specific solutions, horizontal capabilities, and state-of-the-art generative AI applications.
