I was privileged to start my career right at the start of the digital and data revolution notably including a superb grounding at dunnhumby where I learned the core principles that still guide me every day. While we have achieved incredible advances taking us and our digital and data industry right to the heart of business and sector success, I still see people and skills as the most important asset and success factors.
I have worked across multiple sectors across the FTSE 100 here in the UK and internationally and most recently the public sector. The Ministry of Defence is a place now where digital and data is seen as second only to its people as the most important asset – no small achievement for my team.
