I am an executive technical leader with over four decades of experience (McAfee, Intel, Medtronic, Fairchild, and Texas Instruments). I currently serve as a CDO/CTO for Choir Corporation which provides energy efficiency as a service using AI.
My process, product, and system expertise spans statistics and AI in innovation, development, and implementation in ten different markets. I was named to Forbes Top 50 Women in Technology (2018) and recently inducted into the Arizona State University Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering Hall of Fame. Additionally, I have 18 patents and numerous scholarly and media articles published in AI and security.
I served on ISO 24028:2020 TG for AI Trustworthiness and led teams to publish international standards in process characterization. I am also credited with initiating AI Reliability concepts, Intel’s Health Group, and Intel’s and Medtronic’s product qualification systems. I serve on three Boards and founded Purkinje Science and Technology, LLC, a technology consulting company.
My PhD is in Biomedical Engineering from Arizona State University with concentrations in neural networks, bioelectricity, and neuroscience. Additionally, my husband and I continue to guide and advise the Childers-Fralick Endowed Chair for Cancer Basic Research at Texas Tech Health Sciences Center.
