Charlie Chappell’s path to power
With an MBA from Kellogg School of Management, Chappell has spent much of his career in FMCG, from Procter and Gamble, where he was associate marketing director for global ecommerce to his current role as vice president, innovation and R&D at The Hershey Company.
Chappell believes that marketing growth comes from having an acceleration mindset, emphasizing that media strategies must now be tech-enabled, data-fueled and people-based.
