I have over 25 years of experience in healthcare working for prominent organizations such as McKesson, Roche, Genentech, IQVIA, and the University of Pennsylvania. I have experienced firsthand the benefits that insights, intelligence, and digital play in enhancing patient outcomes, improving customer experience, and achieving business results.
I am passionate about creating cultures where diverse digital experts can thrive and deliver meaningful outcomes for healthcare. I believe that developing technical experts into strategic thought partners is the key to unlocking the power of data that can improve the global healthcare ecosystem. My career has had a variety of roles that have leveraged my technical and strategic skills while enhancing my leadership skills. Formally trained as a statistician, I honed skills in areas ranging from medical research to commercialization. This has given me the hands-on experience to learn what it takes to deliver impactful insights. I focus on shifting mindsets, building cutting edge technology, cultivating world class talent, and advancing external partnerships.
Prior to GE HealthCare, I was the VP of Data and Digital Innovation at McKesson, and before this I worked for 15-years at Roche and Genentech leading to my role as VP and Head of Global Insights and Digital Engagements in Basel, Switzerland.
