Curran Raclin, Group VP – Fan Engagement and Analytics, National Hockey League

What has been your path to power? 

Raclin has been leading fan engagement and analytics as vice president at the National Hockey League since 2018 where he has been driving fan acquisition, ticketing analytics, data warehouse development and implementation, analytics and insights. This followed nearly four years at The Madison Square Garden Company where Raclin supported more than $800 million in revenue through the creation of a new department where he managed 16 operations and analytics staff, as well as leading strategic and tactical operations across all ticket, hospitality and partnership sales and service business units.

Earlier in his career, Raclin was an analyst for the Boston Red Sox where he managed data testing and data integrity, was vice president at Turnkey Sports and Entertainment and was senior consultant at IT consultant specialist Green Beacon Solutions to implement business strategies and technological improvements that led to a 250 percent increase in sales revenue.
