Damien Judge is Head of Data and Analytics at RBS International, bringing more than 20 years’ experience across data, analytics and the leadership of high-performing teams. His career spans financial services and telecoms, including senior roles within retail and commercial banking environments and leadership of a full-service offshore bank within the NatWest Group.
Throughout his career, Damien has delivered large-scale transformation across retail and commercial data platforms, business analytics, digital channels, customer experience, sales enablement, collaboration tools, and mobility. These programmes have consistently focused on using data to improve decision-making, operational effectiveness and customer outcomes.
In his role, Damien leads the organisation’s data and analytics function alongside responsibility for its cloud platforms, including AWS and Azure. He defines and sets the overall data strategy for RBS International, ensuring it remains practical, secure and aligned to business priorities. A strong advocate of modern engineering and analytics practices, he has driven the adoption of new methodologies and the considered use of AI to deliver sustainable value.
Damien is known for his customer-centric approach, maintaining a “living” data strategy that evolves with the organisation and keeps customer needs at its core. He places strong emphasis on engagement and change leadership, believing that successful transformation depends as much on people and culture as it does on technology.
Damien also serves as a Non-Executive Director, supporting a high-performance consultancy and several smaller businesses to design and deliver effective data solutions.
