I am a transformative CDO leading the data strategy at BDO UK. As the company’s first CDO, I established the Data Office with a clear vision: empowering everyone through data. Under my leadership, the Data Office has delivered significant impact through efficiency initiatives, cost savings, revenue growth, and regulatory compliance programmes.
Previously, as Director of Data at M&G PLC, I held global responsibility for analytics across Retail and Savings. My most notable achievement was scaling a data team from just five members to an 80-strong group of engineers and scientists. This team delivered substantial assets under management growth through data-driven solutions and maintained a culture focused on tangible business value.
My data leadership foundation was built at Deloitte Digital, where I worked with financial services clients on data strategy, analytics, and management, shaping my approach to data leadership, emphasising business value creation and operational excellence.
