I have revitalized the data team, established essential departments, and led developing and implementing the company’s investment data strategy. My focus has been modernizing data architecture, enhancing data governance, and leveraging AI and machine learning to foster innovation.
Previously, I was the Chief Data and Analytics Officer at Vanguard where I transformed the data and analytics organization, modernized the data platform, and provided strategic leadership in data science and machine learning initiatives. My tenure at Deloitte Consulting as a Senior Leader in Strategy and Analytics involved leading data transformations for Fortune 100 clients, driving financial reporting solutions, and contributing significantly to business development.
My career began with positions at EMC Professional Services, IBM Global Business Services, and Collabera, where I developed my data architecture, business intelligence, and analytics skills. I hold a Doctor of Business Administration focusing on AI and data analytics, an MBA from the University of Chicago, and a bachelor’s from Drexel University.
