Elizabeth Motta, VP, Insights and Analytics, World Wrestling Entertainment

What has been your path to power? 

Motta has spent most of the last decade at entertainment provider World Wrestling Entertainment in analytical and data-driven roles such as manager, social media insights, senior manager, social media analytics, director, social media analytics, and senior director of data analytics before becoming vice president, insights and analytics. During her tenure, Motta has worked to introduce the use of data and analytics across WWE to focus on a holistic view of fans and customers.

Earlier in her career, Motta was a social intelligence specialist at advertising services provider Horizon Media where she built the first social media intelligence practice. Motta is also a member of private network Chief which was specifically designed for senior women leaders to strengthen their leadership and transfer ideas across industries.
