Felicia Spearman’s path to power

Spearman has worked at Delta Air Lines for nearly 18 years, initially in finance and business analysis, before moving into general management. She became involved in commercial analysis and data strategy in early 2022, before moving into her current role as director, enterprise strategy where she is responsible for identifying data needs and providing decision support tools to improve business intelligence on customer behavior and industry competitiveness.
