I have 23 years’ experience in data and have held leadership positions in various industries, including retail and financial services, telecommunications, and professional services. During my time at N Brown, I successfully implemented personalisation approaches. At TalkTalk, I spearheaded a data transformation. By implementing churn diagnostics and prediction techniques, I developed effective customer strategies that contributed to industry-leading churn rates. At Studio Retail, I secured enterprise-wide support and investment to establish a centralised data function and the build of a data platform in parallel with the roll-out of value-add products.
In my current role as Group Data Officer and Partner at Irwin Mitchell, I have implemented a new target operating model which is delivering core data products, developing a new data platform, and enacting data migration underpinning our business transformation.
