My career journey has been anything but a straight line. I graduated from the American University of Beirut as a computer scientist and gained experience across diverse industries, including waste management, services, and consulting. After immigrating to the US, I transitioned into the financial industry, where I built my career at the intersection of technology and business.
As a technologist, I have intentionally pursued roles on the business side, focusing on making technology work for the business rather than the other way around. This approach has allowed me to bridge the gap between technical capabilities and strategic objectives, driving data and AI innovation in a way that is practical, ethical, and impactful.
Today, I am an influencer and leading business transformations, shaping data and AI strategies that enhance operational efficiency, risk management, and governance. Throughout my career, I have been recognized with multiple industry accolades, including a Lifetime Award from the WomenTech Network, for my contributions to AI and data leadership.
Beyond my professional roles, I am passionate about mentorship, diversity, and inclusion, frequently speaking on data, AI governance, and leadership to help shape the next generation of innovators.
