At Lockheed Martin, I lead enterprise AI transformation, driving internal change through the responsible and effective deployment of AI. My focus includes integrating AI ethics and governance, securing sustained investment in high-impact initiatives, and implementing decision frameworks that optimize AI spend across the business. 

I thrive in fast-moving environments where cross-functional collaboration is key. I build strong relationships across the organization, aligning product and engineering teams with business strategy to ensure our AI efforts are scalable, ethical, and outcome focused. 

Beyond AI, my background includes deep expertise in data strategy, governance, and analytics. I have led major initiatives to improve enterprise-wide data accessibility, enable smarter decision-making, and establish digital threads for core business assets. 

Additionally, I am a certified Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt, Design Thinking coach, and hold an AI and ML for Business Leaders certificate.
